Dave Frank joined James Controls in 2007 as a Sr. Engineer working at the Paulsboro Refinery where he has served as account executive since 2015. Dave has over 25 years of experience servicing refinery and pharmaceutical clients. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.

Kevin Cassidy joined the company in 2011 as a Sr. Engineer working at the Delaware City Refinery where he has served as account executive since 2015. Kevin has a 35 year career of demonstrated instrumentation and controls expertise in the refining and chemical industries. Kevin holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Temple University.

Justin Lane, PE joined James Controls in 2015 as a Principal Engineer working out of Cherry Hill where he is responsible for the Power Group. He has 15 years of experience working for Sunoco Refining and the PSEG Nuclear facility at Hope Creek. Justin holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and is a registered Professional Engineer in 6 states.
