By a unanimous vote of the partners, Shawn Kelly was named Managing Member, taking over from Ernie James who will remain with the company in an oversight role. Mr. Kelly was the first employee of the company, joining in 2006 as instrumentation and control systems engineer. He became Partner in 2007 and served in a variety of roles culminating in operations manager in 2015. Mr. Kelly holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
